    Cannot purchase anything with credit card


    I've got a turkish account and credit card with turkish information added to that account and I still can't buy anything with it. Every purchase I've tried is rejected and tells me: "we can't process your payment, please contact our service department" or
    something ,like that. WHY? What's wrong with the xbox purchase-system. Nothing works like it should and gift cards are extremely overpriced. Please fix credit cards payments and/or add paypal for more countries.

    Hey GraniteJJ. What is the error code you are seeing? Also, have you tried updating your method of payment as the error message stated?

    I am in San Diego, theXBOX was bought here in San Diego, so there should not be any regional issues.

    Remove your card, update your billing addresses, add the card again, and try purchasing again. If the problem persists, wait 24 hours before performing another purchase again.

    Hi! I have the problem as Granite, and have called XBOX support 3 times and had very long sessions where I removed and added payment options, re-booted the XBOX. After the third call they gave me this case number: [Mod removed] and said they would get back
    to me.

    In this 3rd call they said for some unknown reason my XBOX has been banned from on-line purchasing(!).

    Please help, this has been going on for months.
