-May I know what was the last changes/updates you made on your end before the issue occurred?
- Is everything completely working before?
-Are you getting any error message?

Basing on the statement you provided above, here are some troubleshooting steps that you may try:



1. Check your in-game audio settings to make sure that voice chat is enabled and that your microphone is selected as the input device.

2. Check your Xbox Live privacy settings to make sure that communication is allowed.

3. Try resetting your console and router to see if that resolves the issue.

4. Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I read on the case that you need Kinect to use prox chat, but that is for SP to lure guards.

some sot of gang or proximity chat BUT NO party chat.

Online proximity voice chat with the opposing team.
