Cannot play Zumba World Party on Xbox One

I have the digital xbox one

I cannot get past the "getting started" part. The screen comes up with a little screen and it says to "hover over play to continue" except nothing happens. I assume the "hover over" part is my hand. However, there is nothing being recognized in the
little box.

"Before accessing the Main Menu, you must first be enrolled using the
Kinect for Xbox One sensor.

1. Stand in front of the Kinect for Xbox One sensor with your hands down at your sides.

2. Once the Kinect for Xbox One sensor identifies you, guide the on screen hand using your hand to the “Play” button on the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. The next screen to appear is the “Select Profile” screen. Confirm the currently selected profile or select “Change Profile” to choose a different one.

4. Select your storage device before continuing if present.
