Cannot play The Witcher 2 on my Xbox One despite playing it on 360 just fine.

Sorry to hear about the issue! If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few troubleshooting steps:

• First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
  
• From the Home screen, scroll to the left and select Settings.
• Select All Settings and then select System.
• Select Storage and then select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
• Select yes and after your console has restarted, Download your account to your Xbox One console.
  
• Try launching the game to see if the issue continues to occur.

It's the only game so far that's made me jealous of Xbox One (save games will carry over from what I hear from xbox 360 to one. Since I have a PS4 I'm just going to have to deal with whatever standard if you've never played the game before startup for Witcher
3. And I'm working on Witcher 2 right now. I'm going to be upset if I could have had some characters in my Witcher 3 game that I don't get cause they don't come with the standard beginning if you don't have a save file).

Oh, and if you haven't played Witcher 2 and have a 360 and plan on playing Witcher 3, why not play Witcher 2? And then you can continue the story you went along with on Witcher 2 (i assume most people on here are not like me and either have or plan on
getting an xbox one).

Anyways, since Fallout isn't coming out this year this is the game that is justifying my next gen purchase (honestly I have so much a backlog between my 360 and PS3 I really have no justification for even any next gen console, heh).

No, I did not.

The line that shows achievements completed from witcher 2 is from my xbox 360 playthrough last year,

and the new line of achimenents with 0 completed is created each time I try to play witcher 2 via backwards compatibility.

When I delete the zero achievments line, and re-run Witcher 2 via backwards compatibility , it gets created again.

so the problem is that Witcher 2 via back.comp. doesnt recognize

1) my cloud saved witcher 2 savegames

2) my witcher 2 xbox 360 achievement progress.

For the emulator is like I've never played that game before.
