    I just bought in Aug20 xbox one s with free 1 month live subscription. I got RED FACTION 2 as a free download. After installation, i am unable to play with some error code shown. Anybody knows how to solve this. Thanks in advance.

    Definitely planning on giving them a bell tomorrow morning, so far, as I'm sure you've guessed, swapping your xbox location to US works just fine but its far from a satisfactory work around and, imo, a huge bollocksing on the part if Microsoft...

    Adquiri red faction 2 nos jogos with Gold e instalei no meu Xbox one, mas ao executar é informado a seguinte mensagem "Você tem este jogo ou app? Verifique se você está conectado ao Xbox live, caso tenha comprado o jogo online. Caso não tenha os direitos
    para jogá-lo, você terá que adquirí-lo na Microsoft store. (0x803f8001)"

    Até o momento não tive nenhuma assistência ou ajuda por parte da Microsoft, acho muita falta de respeito com o cliente.
