    Cannot play PC Games Pass games more then once without completely reinstalling the game


    This happens EVERY TIME I have attempted to launch a game the second time.

    I click 'play' and nothing. Game does not launch, computer doesn't even attempt to load the game. I have to uninstall the game, and then reinstall the game to play it. Then, literally the very next time I got to play the game, it's the same thing. This
    is for EVERY game. It isn't a single game issue.

    I have restarted my computer

    I have uninstalled everything (including the Games Pass software) and reinstalled it

    I have signed out of xbox live and signed back in again

    I have tried to launch the game directly

    I have tried running as admin on both the Games Pass software and the games themselves.

    I have checked my Games Pass plan status (I have Live Ultimate)

    I have admin privilages

    There is no error message

    My device did not restart during instillation

    I have more then enough storage (2 tb left of my 5 tb drive)

    I have reinstalled Games Services via Windows PowerShell, restarted my computer, and installed the game again

    None of these steps given to me via 'troubleshoot' have fixed it.

    As you don’t own the actual game digitally, you cannot play it on PC without game pass or another purchase.

    This is actually not true, 'pretty much on a par' is really vague considering that xbox has much more games on game pass and some of them would be also avalaible on pc but they are not on pc game pass . I would like to play my favorite games on pc but

    I have done all this. I had to completely reinstall and configure my sound card and video card; because post gaming on halo: MCC yesterday glitches started happening without the program running. Have now uninstalled and wiped all evidence of Halo: MCC and
    Microsoft gaming software from my PC. Verified my Windows edition. Confirmed the reinstalled and configured sound and video drivers work with other apps. Am now reinstalling the MCC. If this doesn't work I will simple cancel my subscription to game pass.

    I have spent more time troubleshooting than playing.

    Did you manage to find a fix??? i have tried so many times, using the powershell commands. uninstalling and reinstalling the game. repairing the game, gaming services. uninstalling hi-res textures and reinstalling. i managed to play it once when i first downloaded and havent been able to launch the game since. Click play in the pc game pass, the mouse does its little loading animation for a couple seconds and that is it. Only reason i bought the game pass was to play halo multiplayer and campaign
