    "Cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft Account is set up"


    I play on minecraft pocket edition on IOS. I suddenly started getting this message: "You cannot add friends/ cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft Account is set up." I have already gone into my online safety settings and made sure
    all options were set to allow, but I am still getting this message. I just want to play with my sister on my wifi, but now the app will not load with wifi on, and when I am off the wifi, I get this message when I tried to change my game back to a multiplayer
    game. I do not understand what is going on and it is quite frustrating. All past information I could find online told me that setting all the options to allow on the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab would fix this, but it has not.

    Xbox live gold problem.

    It didnt help, the message that comes up is "you cannot play online multiplayer because of how your account is set up"

    It is more of a message than error but it says "You cannot play on realms because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online saftey settings allow multiplayer and clubs. See instructions for changing these settings as aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp."
