May I know what happened to the organizer account?

Just a heads up though that the only way around this is to have access to the organizer account. In any case that you do not have access to that account anymore, It would be best to recover it for as long as you remember the email to that organizer account. Only the parent account will be able to change the privacy settings when you are under them as a member.

If it is for a beta or a demo you cannot

Custom family settings mean to have a child account setting privacy to adult doesn't affect it demos and betas as they are covered by international laws

You will need a full adult account

And gold if you are playing multilayer betas

What determines if your "too young" or not is your ( Master EA ) account .

That you made when you played your first EA game online on XBL .

Once your birthdate on your EA account is made , it CANNOT BE CHANGED .

Therefore , whatever age you set it at , presumably accidentally .

Hello, most of the time this can be because the child account settings are actually set so that the children cannot add/accept friends on xbox live due to age restrictions. This is something that you can fix within your family settings/child account settings.
