Cannot play Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock) even though I own it

• Are you singed in on the correct Microsoft Account that you have used on the Microsoft Store?
  
• Since we acknowledged that you have owned the game, are you signed in on the Minecraft website wherein you will sign in using your correct Microsoft Account?
  
• Did you download the Minecraft Launcher on any 3rd party websites? Or did you have downloaded the launcher on the Microsoft Store or in the official Minecraft website?
  

We are just asking these questions for us to isolate as well on this issue of yours so that we can land and dig deeper on this concern of yours because as we have understood as well, you have owned the game. Perhaps the issue here lies on the correct account that is signed in or the launcher that you have used.

Basically, it is asking me to pay money even though I OWN Minecraft Bedrock on Windows.

The issue here is related to platform licensing differences, Minecraft Bedrock Edition on mobile (tablet) and Bedrock Edition on Windows PC are technically separate purchases, even though they’re both part of the Bedrock ecosystem.

If you want to play on both devices, you’ll need to purchase Minecraft for Windows separately.

YES I JUST BOUGHT.

YES. WINDOW IS 10

YES I AM USING SAME ACCOUNT THAT I BOUGHT BUT I CANNOT PLAY BEDROCK EDITION. ON THE BUNDLE TITLE IT SAY MINECRAFT: JAVA AND BEDROCK EDITION BUT WHEN I LOGIN INTO MY MINECRAFT LANCHER I DIDNT SEE BEDROCK EDITION
