    Cannot play Halo: MCC due to sign-in error


    When launching Halo: MCC through the Xbox (beta) app, I get a sign in screen just like every other game, but it doesn't let me sign in, instead showing an error that says "Your account doesn't match your dev environment...to keep using this account, change
    the registry's sandbox and environment." I am able to sign in to my account and play any other game on game pass, but I can't play halo. I believe this might be due to me owning Halo: Reach on the Steam of the MCC, so if there is something I need to do on
    Steam to fix this that would be nice to know.

    yeah im currently playing fine at the moment on steam, so i think it could be something to do with the windows store/gamepass pc version.

    I have the same error, but I don't own any part of MCC on Steam. I did however last play MCC on Xbox, so I thought that might be causing an issue.

    cant be the servers as my steam version is working fine and that uses the exact same servers as windows store version.

    but the playlists have been updated today, check windows store for an update.
