    Hello guys, I have taken Xbox gamespass subscription which includes pc games as well. Recently when i was trying to download Battlefield V game from xbox app on my laptop, it was asking me to sign in with my EA account. When i am trying to sign in to the account, its showing me as there is already an EA account linked to previous Xbox account for Sid 9369. I was shocked to know that. I dont know what to do because i have taken subscription for 8 months. When i download the same game Battlefield V and Battlefield 4 on my Xbox console, it went in a flow because i have downloaded both the games and completed the game without asking for the EA account. Can anyone help me with the issue. Thanks!!!

    Hi Siddharth, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    On PC, you need to sign in on the EA Desktop App using the EA Account that is linked to your account, if you no longer have access to the EA Account you may need to reach out to EA for options such as recovering or unlinking it.

    Hey Nursemorph, thank you for your help. Now something makes sense to my understanding and my help. I will just once contact EA for their help and if they say same too, then, i will create a different account and link my current Xbox gamertag. In this case do you want me to delete my current EA account. Thanks, once again for your help. Cheers!!!

    Hello Francia J, thanks for your reply. I am good and hope you are doing great too. I am trying to sign in from EA desktop app but unsuccessful. In the below screenshot you can see that my EA account is already linked to different Xbox account for Sid 9369. I don't even remember about that it still exists. If it still exists though I just want that account to be deleted. I am not a pro gamer but I want to play games casually to improve. Neither Can I download the game from Xbox store nor from EA desktop app. I hope i made my point clear and can help further. Thanks once again Francia J.
