Cannot Play Digitally Downloaded Games ON New Xbox One S Due To Xbox One Preview Program

I have digitally downloaded games that i can no longer access on my new xbox one s that i could play on my previous xbox one the games included in this are fifa 16 and battlefield 4 the forcibly close after an extended time of trying to load the game and
i do not receive an error code with fifa 16 but i do with battlefield which is 0x8027025a i would like this issue to resolved please and thank you

Xbox insider hub

Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
error message.

 

Need some clarification with Digital Games...

If I brought a game digitally for Xbox One, does this mean.

1. I can play it on the console I downloaded on, as well as any other Xbox Live profile can play it, on the console I downloaded it onto.

2. If I went on someone else's Xbox One console, I can download and play the game, but if another Xbox Live profile who has not purchased the game digitally, cannot play it on that console unless they brought the game themselves digitally.

This is the policy for Xbox 360 and am just checking if it's the same for Xbox One.

 

first try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a couple minutes then plug everything back in power back on and try the game again.

if that doesn't work then reset the console by going to settings, system, console and updates, reset console and choose to keep everything. After that your console will restart and you will go through a quick setup and sign in again. After your back on the
home screen try your games again
