Cannot play cold war even tough i own the disk, it says i need to purchase it

NVM its soooooooooooo stupid, you have to download all the content packs seperatley

4. Which device did you install the game before that the game works fine?

5. Have you tried downloading the game from Microsoft Store or Xbox game pass library?

When you are trying to reinstall disc game to a different console, you can download the game from Microsoft Store or Xbox game pass library without using the disc game because the time it was redeemed, the license was tied up to a Microsoft account that was used to purchase making it possible to install and download the game directly from Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass library. Just search for the version of the game and install it. Make sure to sign in the right account where the license of the game was tied up to.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. Do I need to purchase Cold War for this to work? It is a bit frustrating considering I spent $60 for a game that I cannot seem to be able to play.
