    Cannot Play Captures on my IPhone (Not on Xbox app or different browser and safari)


    So this has been around for almost a month now. Just somehow I couldn't play my clips on my phone anymore. From one moment to the other. I can play them on PC and Xbox but not on my phone. What should I do?

    Flembo - I use Atomic Web browser on my iPhone as I find it to be a lot better than Safari. Only app ive paid for but for 49p I cant really grumble!

    I cant play videos on Safari, or the iOS xbox App.

    They seem to work in chrome... but I do not want to DL a browser just to watch xbox clips. It was working before

    Xbox App Not Logging In

    Hello XBF John,

    Yes, when I mentioned "turned on cookies", I was referring to switching off the "Block all Cookies" option. With the "Block All Cookies" option turned off and my VPN turned on, I logged into my Xbox profile using my Edge and Safari browsers (I did not want Chrome anymore) successfully. Turning on/off my VPN did not appear to make a difference; however, turning on/off the "Block All Cookies" option did.

    I also tried switching Edge to use Safari and vice a versa, and I was still successful in logging into my Xbox profile in either browser. I also tried staying logged in my Xbox profile in my Edge browser, and then logging into the Xbox app (to see maybe the app could detect my Xbox profile already logged in), but that did not work. More than likely, it does not work that way. I still see the "We can't sign you in. cookies are blocked". This is with the "Block All Cookies" option on Safari turned off.

    It seems odd that my coworker also has an iPhone, with grandchildren all having iPhones, and all of their Xbox apps work fine. It is also possible that he and the grandchildren may be running an old iOS version.

    You're trying to access it on a iPhone. I don't believe the iPhone's Safari browser fully supports the Xbox Museum website. In any case, I believe you'll need a keyboard to move your avatar around different sections of the page.

    The site is best viewed on a computer or suitable tablet device with a keyboard attached.
