Cannot play assassins creed 1 on my series X

So I just brough ac 1 to play it since i want to play the whole franchise starting from the first game. I installed it and once I got in it said “getting your Xbox 360 info” and it just loads for ten minutes then it lets me in randomly and then it says “no gamer profile has been selected…” so I try selecting gamer profile and then downloading gamer profile and then it says “checking network status” takes another 5 mins to load and then says cannot connect error. I tried calling Xbox support but that also says smth like “ cannot call back “ this is hella frustrating and annoying. I am using my mobile hotspot but I don’t think that’s an issue cuz everything else is working fine. Any help will be appreciated ( I have tried restarting multiple times )

Please, clear the Xbox 360 cache data.

Press the Xbox Guide Button > Settings > System > Storage Devices > Clear local Xbox 360 storage > Yes.

Restart your console.

Afterward, launch the game and attempt to download your profile again.

If it still does not work, try changing the Port Selection on the connection settings, from automatic to manual.

Go to Profile and System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings> Alternate Port Selection > Manual > Choose any from the Menu starting with a 4 or 5 (Example: 49215 or 57165).

Yes, out of MW3, Halo:Anniversary,and Batman: Arkham City, Assassins Creed: Revelations is the one I'm anticipating the most. The first Assassins Creed is my favorite mainly because the graphics looked so much better than in ACII and ACB, in my opinion,
but the Assassins Creed series is my no. 1 favorite next to the Splinter Cell series.

That series is crap now since they started to put MP in it. Assassins Creed 1 and 2 are amazing though.
