Cannot play any games on my system

Can anyone help me so my Xbox just did a factory reset for some damn reason and now I literally cannot play any of my games every time I go to play a game is says I don't have it and need to go to the store but when I do the store says my game is installed, now over half my games are digitally purchased and while looking for solutions the most common thing I found was to uninstall and reinstall the game but when I did that to one of my digital games it says I have to buy it all over again does anyone know how I can fix this

Depending on when you purchased the game, you may need to change the “3 months filter” to the “all available” one.
