    CANNOT PLAY ADD ON


    Hi,

    I have purchased add on dragons tooth and final stand ( BATTLEFIELD 4 )

    On the xbox 360 the Dragons tooth is in the history but not in the games file.

    I have downloaded Dragons Tooth again - but nothing has changed.

    The Final Stand is in neither history or my games file. It is not there at all.

    I have checked in my Microsoft account - both transactions have gone through and been paid for no problem.

    Your help would be very much appreciated.

    i am connected to xbox live and i cannot add friends or play multiplayer???HELP

    I'm connected to xbox live and can play Netflix and all but cannot add friends or play multiplayer on minecraft or anything. please help

    Dragonborn on xbox one?

    No Skyrim is not an available game on the xbox one. You cannot play the 360 disc of skyrim on xbox one or the downloaded version. Also you cannot use any of the add ons for skyrim on xbox one since the game cannot be played on it

    Sorry to hear it. For the first file that is downloaded but not in the game try deleting your profile only (not profile and items) and then restart the console before redownloading it to see if it helps.

    As for the second item which was purchased you'll need to contact phone support as that is a billing issue. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    If you're playing on Xbox you cannot install anything not on the in-game store.
