    Cannot pay XBOX GAME PASS subscription


    Hello, I've bought XBOX Live Gold subscription by Credit card with success, but when I want to do same operation for XBOX GAME PASS with same method and card its throws "We were unable to process your payment." (in Russian, I'm in RU region).

    What to do? Help please!

    Purchase and content usage

    Ok,so i have subscription for Xbox live gold and Xbox game pass paid and cannot play the games i downloaded. Can anyone tell me how much will it take to fix this error? Because it is not worth to pay for nothing all this monthly subscriptions. Thanks.
