Cannot manage permissions for child account

Hello.

I am trying to change the permissions for my child account. First I went to the family page and clicked "Manage my child's personal info":

I was then directed to this page:

As you can see, this page is blank. I cannot actually manage any of my child's permissions.

I am using Microsoft Edge with no extensions, on the latest version of Windows 10. I have also cleared all my browser data before logging in to my Microsoft Account and attempting this change. I also attempted using Google Chrome, but I got the same result.
I have no security issues with my account, all my settings are updated. My child's account is working fine and I just want to manage permissions. I have found no way to do so and this page is not working.

What can I do?

You cannot change the name or age but here is how to change region but Don't think it will register fully with the child and adult are set to the same region at the same time. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/update-microsoft-account-country-region

Hello, this was actually really helpful for changing what kind of content my child can view and work with. Thank you.

Unfortunately I also want to be able to change the name, age, and region. I can do this for my account but not for my child. Do you happen to have a solution to that? Thanks regardless.

Hello do you have your child's account connected to your family account? Once your logged into your account select family tab the select child's name and manage there. What are you trying to manage? I use family account for my son but it seems like something
is missing bbn here.

Hey there!

Kids not showing up under family settings was a known issue that we believe to be resolved now. Can you check and see if you're able to manage your child's permissions from the family menu now?
