Cannot make or join clubs due to setting error on Xbox app

..... (don't know why it did that) I should be able to create or even join one from my Xbox app but it won't let me. I did change my settings and they should have worked the first time anyway

I'm trying to join a club via the xbox app on windows 10, i also cannot create one.

I changed my settings to "allow to join or create a club".

Where can i change the settings on the Account page?

I have done all of these all settings are on allow but on the xbox app on windows 10 i cannot accept invites or join any clubs

device is being used when trying to join a club? Also, aside from in game Clubs, is it possible to create a club on the dashboard instead?
