Cannot login to Microsoft Solitaire in Android phone

I am attempting to log in to the MS Solitaire Collection app on my Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite phone (8 cores, 3580 MB RAM, Android 10). I click "Sign in", then I am redirected to an Xbox live page where I have input the correct email & password. I click "continue" and then the application seems to restart, I am prompted anew to the starting page and I am not logged in.

I have attempted emptying my cache and retrying but to no avail. I have made quite the progress and I would like to not lose it. How do I sign in properly?

If you try sign in with your account here using your default web browser:

Are you able to do it or the issue persists?

Did you tried using another Wifi network or mobile data and test in that way?

And, what else did you tried to fix this?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Hi Davids2000,

I'm sorry to hear about this issue with the score mismatch. If you login to the same account on the Android version and on Windows then the score could have a bug on the Android version.

Have you re-installed the app on your phone and restarted the OS? Are your wins tracking on the Android version but the score is just not updating?

I have Microsoft casual games downloaded on two pc's and they both have solitaire, but it is unavailable on both my android phone, and my iPad.

Why is this, is it a Microsoft thing about PC's only?
