Cannot log into Xbox Insider Hub or Xbox (Beta)

Hey,
I want to install the Xbox Insider Hub on my PC in order to play the Minecraft RTX beta.

The installation went fine but when I open the app, the login window is in a dark grey (I guess loading) and then closes immediately. After that it says "log in to use Xbox-Insider Hub". When I press login, it says an error occured: Exception from HRESULT:
0x80070005.

I already installed the Xbox (Beta) App which was suggested in
other forum threads and it didn't work. I also can't log in in the Xbox (Beta) app. I can get into the login screen and after I logged in, the app doesn't say that I logged in but just refreshes the home screen.

I already uninstalled the Xbox Identity Provider via the PowerShell and reinstalled it but it didn't help.

Okay I found the problem.

I also couldn't log into Microsoft Solitaire and got the error code 1170000.

I needed to remove the Microsoft Account from my PC and later add it back.

Have the same problem. Unenrolled from beta testing in Xbox Insider Hub. Restarted. Reinstalled Minecraft. Open Minecraft. Is beta. Uninstalled Minecraft, waited 24hrs, restarted. Installed Minecraft from store. Still beta. Have multiple licenses of this
game to play it with my kids who are under 13 and thus cannot join the Insider hub. I can't use the beta version to play with them so this is keeping me from enjoying this game. please fix.

I'm pretty sure that you just have to have the Xbox Insider Hub installed when they release the beta for Xbox System Software, and even then, not everybody gets to beta test it.

The preview program is simply the old name for the insider hub.
