    Cannot log into Xbox.com.


    After I cleared app and service performance data, I am unable to log into Xbox.com. Everything else works just fine, but whenever I try to log in, it loads for a few seconds. However, I don't actually become logged in after. I tried contacting xbox support, but all I could do was talk to the virtual agent who did not help AT ALL (which is why I'm here). Has anyone experienced the same thing, or knows how to fix it?

    Cannot log into Xbox.com.

    Clear the cache/cookies I'm guessing? If so, I last cleared it yesterday, around 8PM PST.

    I have tried this method multiple times, but it still keeps me signed out. I also restarted my computer multiple times too.

    Have you tried clearing both your cookies and cache on your browser?

    There is no specific game - I cannot log into XBOX live.

    The Xbox.com/live status says all is working but I cannot log into live

    I have :

    Cleared the cache

    reset router

    power cycled

    Still not working
