Cannot log into Xbox app on iPad 4 iOS 10.3.3

Howdy.

Unfortunately, it appears that the Xbox app now requires at least iOS (iPadOS) 12. Just checked on an iPad 4 and got the same result as you.

It didn't help, my iPad is updated to the latest iOS it supports 10.3.3. I changed my Microsoft account password and tried to log in again and the same error. I've already deleted and re-downloaded Minecraft and nothing helps.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue: Purchase made on iOS device. Log into Microsoft account (on ipad via minecraft app) and those purchases are not visible. Log out of account on iPad and purchase is visible again.

The purchases are stored on the device (my daugher's iOS) and I'm trying to get them to transfer to her microsoft account so we don't lose the content/purchases.

The apps I use are the official Xbox iOS apps for iPhone and iPad, developed by MS. I only use TrueAchievements in a browser.

Support page doesn‘t help.

New iPad and not possible to login, only error Code 1170000.

Uninstalled App several times, with and without reboots after un- und reinstalling.

There is no msg „game wants to use xboxlive“ … no popup.

Latest iOS-Version, no update availabe.

Latest Solitaire-Version (due to reinstalling)

Xbox App is running an logged in.

Wordament is logged in.

Xbox live status is normal.

Tried with and without VPN.

Tried in different wifis / with/wo VPN

Tried with mobile connection.

Only error Code 1170000.

On old iPad I‘m logged in but I won‘t logout to test if I can login again.
