Cannot Log Into The Xbox App Or Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on Windows 11

Hello, I Installed Windows 11 A Few Days Ago and I've Been Facing an Issue.
I Tried To Log Onto Minecraft But It Showed An Error called "hay bale", When I Tried To Log Into the Xbox App (as they where all connected) And I Encountered The Sign-in Box but, It kept Flickering Until Some time e.x 20s to 1m and When It Stopped Flickering I Was Logged In But When I Closed The App And Reopened Minecraft, It Kept Showing The Error "hay bale". What Do I Do?

Some Extra Info;
-Windows 11 Version = 21H2
-Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Version = 1.17.34

I own minecraft "windows 10 edition" on xbox one but isn't availabile on windows 10....

There is no "Windows 10 Edition" on the Xbox One.

On the Xbox One, there was a "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" but that has been replaced with just "Minecraft".

As the others already said, "Minecraft" is not a Play Anywhere title, so owning "Minecraft" on the Xbox One, doesn't give you "Minecraft Windows 10 Edition" on the PC.

However, if you own Minecraft Java Edition on PC, you can log into your Mojang Account on PC, and can get a code for the Windows 10 Version.

I am confused by your answer. I have never logged in to Xbox Live. I simply click on Minecraft icon on Windows 10 to start to play. The version is Minecraft Starter Edition for Windows 10.

Minecraft Windows 10 edition cannot be downloaded on Xbox One, maybe you have another version
