    I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.

    If you cannot download and install Microsoft Bingo from the W10 Store, then try to restore the app with the "wsreset.exe" command.

    Cannot connect to xbox error when logging in on windows 8 apps.

    I am having this same problem. With Xbox music, AOE: Castle Seige, Microsoft Bingo. It seems that anything W8 app that is trying to log in with my windows account cannot do so. Please help, this is killing me. Can't play music, can't play games... the
    only thing left is just to keep working! I'm on W8.1, standard desktop machine.
