    I thought about Microsoft pushing us to buy a new Xbox. However, if true, Microsoft would get in a lot of legal trouble. Is it possible that Microsoft did an update to Live and it does not work for the 360. I know this has happened in the past.

    No one from Microsoft will ever ask for your log in information. If you did give them your information you need to call support immediately. If you haven't given them any information, then don't worry. You won't be banned. File a complaint on the user and
    block communicaitons.

    I am having the same issue as well. I got my offer in an email and cannot find where to purchase the 35 pass. Talked to Activision, Xbox live, and Microsoft store customer service. No one could give me any information or help.
