    Cannot log in to Xbox or Amazon video on my Xbox One S. It tries to log me in automatically but I keep getting try later 0x87D0006.

    Netflix and Amazon?

    What going on with the live service at the moment? I cannot get into Netflix or Amazon prime. Assassins Creed black flag keeps stating I need to be online to play yet I'm online and connected to xbox live? I have checked the status page and it states there
    are no issues with Netflix or Amazon prime? I have tested both on other devices and they are running fine too?

    0x87dd001a caused by Amazon Prime

    We've had an issue where the Xbox One loses connection when Amazon Prime is streaming anything. Did a hard reset on the console, rebooted my router and modem, updated router firmware, isolated my console on my network, and even requested a new IP from my
    provider, just in case.

    Netflix, Crackle, Pandora, SyFy, CW and Plex all work just fine. Only Amazon Prime caused this error after a minute or two of viewing.

    Xbox One and Amazon Prime Video.

    I spent 5 hours with Amazon. They finally put in a ticket last Saturday. I have not heard anything back.

    I am only having problems with Amazon prime video. YouTube, Netflix, Hulu all work fine.

    I can log in to some games (Pinball Arcade, for example), but not others including Madden, Dragon Age, and Minecraft. Amazon Prime and ESPN video apps work, but Netflix and Starz does not.

    In addition, all of the sudden my Xbox One Kinect does not work properly.

    I think Netflix is the best one, it has a lot of tv shows. But Amazon Prime is more cost effective especially if you order from Amazon.
