    I cannot log in. I go through the two step authentication process to verify my account and verify my password and it still will not let me log in. I go through the two step authentication process again to change my password and it rejects the password
    that the account manager said was confirmed as correct less than a minute ago. I go through the two step authentication process and change my password and get errors on the next two passwords as well.

    Apparently there is a problem with my account somewhere, and it won't tell me what it is or how to fix it.

    And Microsoft won't even let me contact support like a normal person, I have to post on a forum?

    No wonder they keep ceding market share.

    Is there ANY WAY AT ALL to actually talk to a person who will assist me in getting my account working again, or am I truly stuck talking to people via tweets and forum posts?

    I want full refound! Paypal just ate money for gold membership i do not use!

    you cannot click NO to renew you must call support to turn off autorenewal

    when signing up for any dashboard promotion or membership it is a subscription

    you have to call support and as smwutches has said you cannot remove an paymenh method while on an active membership

    the only way to remove a membership is to replace the payment method which looks from your log to be paypal which allows you to have a membership therefore is a payment method

    We in the community support forums are only just gamers like you. We have no access to your billing info. Thats why for problems like these we cannot help and youd need to contact official support using the methods given above

    Also, it won’t let me recover the account via SMS, says this number cannot be reached. When I have checked the message receiving settings. And when it gave me a message saying this service is unavailable. Try another method. It wouldn’t give me any other method.

    Tried ringing the support line and got locked out because it chose the password line of ai chat and redirects me to the website.

    Ridiculous.

    Auto Renewal Problem ( HELP )

    the only way to remove a creditcard is to switch payment methods or call xbox support to turn off autorenewal

    then when the account is silver

    anyways as we cannot see your billing details and MS is not giving out your info thats not a violation of your privacy

    you need to call support for a PRIVATE conversation about your billing details
