Cannot log appeal

    i cannot log a appeal to fix my sons account suspension can anyone help? He said he cant find the web page on xbox live to start appeal?

    The forums cannot assist with unbanning you for any reason. All suspension-related matters are handled exclusively by Xbox Enforcement.

    Log into http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Wrongfully banned for "Marketplace theft"

    The Xbox Enforcement team does not post here, so any Enforcement-related actions cannot be handled here on the forums.

    You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Check his email that is linked to the account, spam and trash folder, you should have a link on the email confirming the enforcement, and on that email is a link to request a review of the suspension.

    Enforcement action against my friend

    Your friend will need to log in on
    enforcement.xbox.com     and appeal against the decision if he can (24 hour suspensions cannot be appealed against). There is no other way.
