    Cannot load Microsoft Jigsaw


    I have not been able to access the Jigsaw game for about 6 months. Is there any help or hope to be able to enjoy this game again? I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, many times with no change. Any response would be great.

    error code 303019

    What is error code 303019.

    If I load Microsoft Jigsaw when internet jigsaw will not load, even after 10 minutes.

    If I turn internet off it loads in seconds.

    Recently, some games in Microsoft Jigsaw will not load. 2 of 3 load, 3rd will not.

    I have the same for weeks now, and not only no new jigsaw puzzles but also the daily challenges are corrupted: the jigsaw-jam does not load but only spins. Could Microsoft do some repairs?

    Game not loading

    Having the same issue with mine -- had to stop in the middle of a classic jigsaw and shut down the computer -- when I reopened 8 hours later, Jigsaw will not load. Same issue that you stated.

    All other Microsoft games work -- just Jigsaw that is hung up
