Discus and support Cannot leave the minecraft preview on my xbox nor PC even though I've been enrolled in it... in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; It will not show up in the insider hub on either device, and uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix one thing.     Cannot leave the minecraft preview on my xbox nor PC even though I've been enrolled in it...


    It will not show up in the insider hub on either device, and uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix one thing. It just does not let me unenroll in either program. I'm in alpha skip-ahead, as well. I'm not sure what else I should put here.

    As a side note, if you cannot access the preview forums be aware that you must enrol your xbox into the latest preview even if you were previously enrolled into the earlier previews, if you launch the Xbox Preview dashboard app, select the registration option
    and enrol for the latest xbox experience preview then once the Xbox is enrolled you should be able to access the preview forums.

    Your enrollment will be pending until the start of the next preview update. No console can join or leave the preview program until the current update has been released.

    I believe you may be enrolled in Minecraft Beta in the Xbox Insider for PC and you need to un-enroll. Do not rejoin the Beta if you do not want the Beta.

    How to Leave the Beta

    NOTE: Before leaving the Minecraft Beta and uninstalling Minecraft, we recommend you back up your Minecraft worlds.

    1. On Xbox One or a Windows 10 PC, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft (or Minecraft for Windows 10 on PC)
    3. Select Manage.
    4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
    5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
    6. Uninstall and reinstall Minecraft.
    I recommend you check your order history on account.microsoft.com to make sure that you have Minecraft purchased on your account.
