Cannot Launch Fable 3 in English

You wouldnt be able to install the English version as Josef mentioned as the game ia region locked

Sorry to say but right now cloud gaming uses your IP - physical location and set the language to the main of that country (and is not possible to change that without moving to another country where English is the main language)

This means that for games that doesn't supports in-game language setup uses this main language as default :c

Since you’re in Spain, they may have had a different version of the disc issued due to the amount of space that spoken dialogue takes up. So it may be downloading the Spanish version that doesn’t have English

Sorry, I seem to have failed to write in the OP that I am attempting to launch this via cloud gaming on the Xbox Game App on my PC, so I haven’t installed the title anywhere. Sorry about this!! If you have any further suggestions, however, I'd greatly appreciate them!

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

What Xbox console do you have?
Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One Or Xbox 360?

In the meantime, did you tried reinstalling the game using the current location settings to see if you install the English version instead?

If that doesn't work, try using English (US) as language and United States as location temporarily
As soon as you try to open the game you should see a message asking you to download the new language > select accept > once downloaded open the game and revert the language and location change
