Cannot launch any apps!!

    Cannot log in, launch any apps, do anything

    Like the title says, system was working fine yesterday, now I am unable to login to Xbox live 0x80a30204

    additiomally when I try to launch any apps they time out.

    ive restarted the xobx and my modem, nada

    yeh mate, its because its an xbox one. you can fix it by buying a sony.

    i have to hard reset mine a few times a day, i dont even know why i bother with it anymore.

    we have all be shafted.

    Bought a game which is not working and cannot get a refund!

    I cannot possibly satisfy this condition since the reason I'm requesting a refund is because I cannot launch the game to begin with!

    Sorry to hear it. Please double check that the computer does not need any updates. If it does then update the computer then try downloading again.

    If you still cannot download the games via the Xbox Beta App then please launch the Store App and try downloading the games from there.
