    My son has an Xbox live account but he's not able to join Xbox live rewards Everytime I try it says that it's strictly because he needs a Xbox live account which he has one please help.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program is not available in your region, so you cannot join.

    As stated in the notice on the website, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, you cannot join the program.

    Since you are beneath the required age for your region (13), you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program. If you are asking about a different account, please post using that gamertag.
