    On Xbox one I cannot join a party, create one or chat even though showing online and able to access you tube etc. This has only happened since changing from Sky broadband to Virgin. Any advice??

    Party Chat Not Working

    Hey all,

    Just signed up as I got my xbox one today. Loving it so far.

    However has anyone figured Party chat yet? I can start a party and join the chat, but no one else in that party can.

    additionally if i join a party I'm unable to join the chat and get the message "Party chat cannot be started at this time"

    Any Ideas?

    its got me absolutely stumped

    I've been having this exact issue for over a week now and have no idea how or why, idk how to fix it so all I can do is talk to friends inside the game instead of party...

    No I was not, but earlier today it just started to work again.

    Can't Connect to Xbox Live party or Black Ops 2 Game with friends.

    Why would there be an issue when you start an xbox live party that with certain people you just cant join their party and they cant join yours, but if someone else creates the party room, everyone can join and chat. We have set and checked everything possible,but
    no luck.
