Cannot join a club in Forza Horizon 4

I will try to be as detailed as possible...

-Whenever I try to join a Horizon 4 club, I am greeted with the message "You've reached your club limit." I get this error message on Xbox.

-On the Xbox App on my phone, I get the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

-When I try to create a club in game, I get the message "There was an error communicating with the Forza Horizon 4 Server. Please try again later."

-I can join clubs for other games.

-I believe this problem started when I created a club a few days ago. For whatever reason, the club tag was not what I had put in so I disbanded the club.

-I am 100% not in any other FH4 clubs.

Any help would be appreciated. Because this problem is not stemming from my privacy settings, I have found no useful troubleshooting tips.

You don't need Gold for a Forza Horizon 4 Club. I was able to join a Forza Horizon 3 club aswell on pc. And on PC Gold doesn't exist

Thanks for bringing this issue to us! Sounds like the error is in the account itself, I would recommend (from the console) to

remove the profile,
power cycling the console, and re-adding the profile and trying it again. Check it out and let us know how it goes!

 

Did not work. All the same messages still appear.

 

And after power cycling and reinstalling my profile, all of my saved data is gone. Yay.

 

For whatever reason, after reinstalling my profile and launching Forza the synced data from the cloud was not correct. I lost all of my progress in the game (20+ million cr, lvl 110, lots of rare cars). Is there any way to obtain old cloud save data? I
know I have cloud saves as I switch between PC and Xbox. All gone now.

 

Hey bud all that needs to be done is
resync to the cloud since the removing and re-adding would not delete any saved data. Give it a shot and keep us posted!!

 

I did that. My synced data is gone. On both Xbox and PC it has me back at the tutorial.

 

Hmm well we would suggest to
request a callback from one of our Xbox Specialists so we can verify that we are signing in to the correct account! Reach out to them to see what options are available!

 

Spoke to a representative on the phone, he told me there's nothing that can be done. I'm not sure how it's not possible to revert to older save data, but apparently it is. Will contact the the publishers I guess...

Yea there's a known issue with some of FH4 features including the clubs and insider hub. This will eventually get smoothed out with some updates from the developer soon, unfortunately there is no fix for it at the moment. Please revert to the forums if you
