Cannot install/play Football Manager 2019 or Worms W.M.D

Hello,

around two weeks ago I have purchased the Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription and installed three games right away - Football Manager 2019, Worms W.M.D, Forza Horizon 4. Every game was working fine until today when the games suddenly stopped working:

when launching through Start Menu I was shown 'Gaming Services' page in Microsoft Store (it was showing as installed),

when trying to launch through Xbox (Beta) application literally nothing happened.

My first guess was to reinstall the Xbox (Beta) application only (without reinstalling the games) which only made the matters worse as the games weren't showing as installed anymore in the reinstalled Xbox (Beta) application (on the left pane). I then uninstalled
the games using Windows Settings hoping to be able to just reinstall them but I am now unable to access the pages of Football Manager 2019 or Worms W.M.D in the Xbox (Beta) application with a generic error:

I would appreciate any advice.

Hi Rafal,

Thanks for the update you were able to uninstall the games. Now the games are uninstalled try uninstall and reinstall the beta app again. This may fix everything.

Hi Javier,

I've reviewed the tips in both the support article and forum thread you mentioned before posting here. The main issue right now is that I am not able to install those two games again after uninstalling them as Xbox (Beta) application fails with error attached
in the screenshot in my first message when I try to access the page with the install button.

You will need to start troubleshooting by running the Windows Update Troubleshooter for Windows 10 (microsoft.com), then follow the steps mentioned here => Troubleshoot game installations on a Windows 10 device | Xbox Support.

After following the previously mentioned steps, performing a quick boot on you device will also help so make sure to follow the steps mentioned here => How to perform a clean boot in Windows (microsoft.com).
