Cannot install latest Game Services update

Same problem, I can't install new games, the problem is in the latest update of the Gaming Service (3.63.31001.0) by removing it the games can be reinstalled on any drive, but it will reinstall and block downloads again.



Is there a way to install previous versions of the Gaming Service that had no problems, because it was updated on the Windows 11 Desktop and the Windows 10 portal that recently had no problem.



Unusual that Microsoft lets pass updates that directly destroy the Xbox app and even damage the system.

Since the latest beta-test system update, I cannot update Forza 5. Having same issue as Kombatlaw (above). If I uninstall, then re-install, I may lose my game save (correct me if I am wrong).

The unit does not need to be formatted, the problem is Gaming Service that has been broken since the April 2 update but Microsoft is so stupid that although the problem has been reported they have not yet announced a solution and they blame the user for the disastrous mandatory application updates and no possibility of returning to the latest stable version.

The only way to install games for now is to uninstall the gaming service.

You should be good to just install the latest update. This would be done automatically if you connect your console to the Live service via wireless or ethernet cable.
