Cannot install gamepass for PC games

Discus and support Cannot install gamepass for PC games in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Hi All, I am getting error 0x00000001 when trying in install games.     Cannot install gamepass for PC games


    Hi All,

    I am getting error 0x00000001 when trying in install games.

    I had a subscription then cancelled it, but when I have renewed it, it wont let me download any games.

    I have tried deleting the app etc. I have even removed my account and added again to PC but still get this error. This has got me confused, any Ideas please. Thanks.

    when installing from gamepass or windows store they are placed in the encrypted folder, the installation will only work for that one windows install, you have to install for each machine, they cannot be moved from pc to pc.

    if you ever reinstall the OS you would have to redownload all the gamepass/windows store games again too.

    All Ubisoft games on PC Gamepass must install Uplay and use that to download the game and DLC. Gamepass only acts for authentication

    Oh you mean Ubisoft Connect - not called UPlay anymore.

    Sure, it must be installed and connected to Gamepass.

    But then Gamepass hands off to Connect for many things.

    I cannot find perks in Connect, only in Gamepass.

    Game pass ultimate for family members

    You cant gameshare between xbox and pc

    You can login and download playanywhere titles and then people on your pc can use the games but no they cannot access xgu from pc only the primary can

    XGU on xbox only allows the primary to download and install games from gamepass

    All users on the home console can use the gold and installed games
