    Hi,

    I have Game Pass Ultimate on my Xbox and PC MS account.

    I cannot download any game pass games using the PC apps. In MS store, the install button does nothing at all (no error message, just click the button and nothing happens).

    In the Xbox Beta app it shows "0 Unknown available" instead of listing my 4 hard drives. Again clicking the install button does nothing.

    The only work-around I've found that works is using either the Xbox android app or the MS Store PC app and choosing "install to devices" and then selected the PC that I'm on. This installs the game and I'm able to play, however it only installs to my main
    system drive which is a fairly small NVMe drive which is no good for large game downloads.

    I have followed the various guides on microsoft.com for troubleshooting and none have made any difference. I have reset the MS Store multiple times and it made no difference. I have signed in/out of my account and it made no difference. I have changed my
    passwords and it made no difference. I have even done the powershell thing found elsewhere in these answers and (you guessed it) it made no difference.

    I have this same problem - just installed the App, can't install a game due to "Unknown Available". Restarting the app doesn't help. In Settings, "Change where this app installs by default" is an empty dropdown - nothing to select.

    I also tried installing on a different drive, running as admin, reinstalling XBox beta app, running from XBox, running from Windows Store, running from start menu, terminate the app, repairing the app, resetting the app. All to no avail.

    Hi there,

    The only thing I could suggest is to see if installing the games from the MS store website or MS store app instead of the Xbox Beta app. As the Gamepass PC app is still in beta and that might be the issue.

    The problem is in the microsoft store. The Xbox app cannot see ms store. You will run all the games you have installed, but you will not download the game and application from ms store.
