    Oh, I see. This means the issue is on the OS of your PC. The last resort is to format it. This will make your system good as new however you'll be needing to reinstall all your files.

    Hi Dericka Thanks for that the first time i ran it, It found corrupted files and repaired them the second time it was good but did not fix the app.

    I unstalled every thing to do with xbox reinstalled. no change still get error code
