cannot get to the daily puzzles

Discus and support cannot get to the daily puzzles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It seems there are problems to boot the ads.     It seems there are problems to boot the ads. When I want to do the 3 daily puzzles and click on one of them I am thrown out completely!

    cant load puzzles

    I cannot play daily puzzles also cannot download purchased puzzles it just says downloading!! WHY?

    The daily puzzles don't work because the advertisment does not come through.

    I like to make the daily puzzles but there is a problem with the advertisements. So as from January 1st I cannot play my daily puzzles.

    I also cannot get the daily puzzles as they will not download either.

    More information: In Daily Challenges, the first puzzle I try to solve does not award me the blue ribbon. I have to solve it a second time or solve one of the other two puzzles. Also, sometimes I am seeing five Daily Challenge puzzles instead of three. It changes to three when I go to a puzzle and return to Daily Challenges. Perhaps this is what's causing the problem I reported.

    Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.
