    Cannot get refund for Designlab remote not working


    Hi all,

    Hoping someone can advise, I have a design lab remote that was purchased towards the end of last year, the remote has stopped working at this stage & I have tried to get a replacement from Xbox multiple times but to no avail. I am told that I will get a delivery label to return the controller but none issues & when I spoke to someone in support the one time it allowed me to contact them he said that it can't issue because design lab remotes are not being made so they would issue a refund to me. He told me a manager would ring me the following day to arrange the refund but that did not happen and now I cannot contact support anymore.

    I have submitted a refund claim & a replacement claim but nothing ever happens. I don't know what to do at this stage and warranty will run out once its a year old.

    Anyone have a phone number I can use to contact them that is not a virtual agent?

    They are certainly refundable if the content does not work. Promise, call support at 18004MYXBOX. You'll get your refund if it doesnt work or they cannot get it to work.
