Cannot get into Xbox account with dead email

PepsiBoy428, I am very sorry about what happened with your account and I completely understand your frustration, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

Yes I cannot login to billing.

When I first made my windows login I typo'd my alternate email address so the email connected to billing access is a dead end until july 6th when its wiped off my account.

Microsoft 365 cannot be shared between accounts. If you want bigger OneDrive storage for your Xbox account, your only option is to get 365 for your Xbox account email.

Same problem here. Cannot get into my son's account. I am able to access my Live account on his Xbox, but unable to get into his using same email and password.

What if I have two accounts one online and the other not, but cannot remember the login email or password for the first. How can I get it. I have it on my 360 but cannot get it on my xbox one? please help
