    Cannot get Halo Wars 2 to launch


    I cannot get the launcher to work i have reinstalled the game, reset it and made sure i have the latest drivers and windows version. The game is run through the Windows store and Xbox app neither works. The game version is the ultimate edition version 1.11.2931.2 and i have Windows 10 latest update. Every time i run it i get the screen below and nothing else.

    Since we have tried all the possible steps here to sort out the issue. There seems to be an issue with the game only. Would it be fine if you can try contacting Halo support for further advice?     I understand, please check if the game has a game update that needs to be installed from the Microsoft store. Open the Microsoft store app then go to library > Get updates.
