    Cannot get game to play


    Hey all, I recently purchased Dark Souls during the sale it was having and went to download the game however my Xbox had an issue and could not download past 0% it would download around 40kb of the game then stop i tried at least 5 times to no avail. I know
    this is not due to my region as my friend who lives just up the road from me purchased and downloaded the game just. So finding that i couldn't download it i used a USB to transfer the game off his HD to mine, the game was already registering on my hard drive
    so I thought this would just make it think that ti had downloaded. I got it onto my hard drive perfectly fine the game registers as being in my games library however when i try to play the game I simply get the message Xbox cannot play Dark Souls, no error
    codes just that. I really want to play the game and amm just looking for a way to be able to do so anybody know how to fix this?

    Cannot get "Play to" to work

    I have not gotten any HD quality MP4s to PlayTo XBOX ONE. Only SD Quality. I think they have a very limited implementation of PlayTo working on the XBOX ONE right now.

    Cannot get "Play to" to work

    Have you tried from the Desktop? go to file manager and find the media file, then right click and select Play To from there. There's also a setting within your router that I had to change to get mine to work.

    Can't remember exactly what it was but if you try what I have suggested and get back to me with your router Make/Model if they don't work. I'll have a browse and see what the setting was I needed to check.

    The game is licensed to his gamertag and console. Try going to your download history and redownloading the game. That should transfer your license to the game.

    If that doesn't work and you are connected wireless try using an ethernet cable for the download.

    Stop00735, I see, since you purchase directly from the website, I suggest you try to report this issue to the Minecraft help center directly.

    Also, keep in hand the transaction ID of that purchase, you can easily check this info on your bank's app.

    Since you will have to explain the situation on this particular support form, the transaction ID from that purchase would be a piece of great information for you to provide them proof that you indeed purchase the content there.
