cannot get achivement in imported world in windows edition of minecraft

The Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is not backwards compatible on the Xbox One.

If you had owned Minecraft 360 digitally, you could have had the benefit of getting the "Xbox One Edition" at a reduced price, and if you owned the Xbox One Edition, you could then get the "Minecraft" without "Xbox One Edition" on the Xbox One for free.

However, these offers have all now expired, and the only way to get Minecraft on your Xbox One is to buy the game again.

Be aware: You can't import your Xbox 360 worlds in the newer Xbox One Minecraft!

If getting your Xbox 360 world over is important for you, you need to find someone with "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" and import it to that game first. Then import that world into "Minecraft" on the Xbox One.

The Minecraft Xbox One Edition only works on the Xbox One Edition.

You might want to upgrade to the Minecraft (without Xbox One Edition in the name) on your Xbox. If you bought Minecraft Xbox One Edition digitally, you can upgrade to "Minecraft" for free.

Then you can import your world from the Xbox One Edition to "Minecraft" for Xbox One.

However, the Support page for Windows 10 Minecraft states: "The Windows 10 Edition does not currently support the transferring of worlds from other devices."

So you can't transfer your world between devices.

You might have to move your World to a paid online Realm server to access it. Or you might have to run your Xbox One Minecraft in Multiplayer, and connect to the running world on your Xbox One with your Windows 10 version.

But you can't have your World separately transferred from Xbox to other devices.

As I said, you can try hosting your world on a Realm server (which you need to pay for), and can then access it with Windows 10, Xbox One, Android, iOS and Nintendo Switch.

But not JAVA.

Minecraft xbox360 edition is suppose to get the aquatic update. Will I still be able to import worlds from the xbox360 edition to the xboxOne edition after xbox360 gets the aquatic update?

As WPAK already assumed, the 4.99 Upgrade was a time limited offer to move from the Xbox 360 Minecraft to the "Minecraft Xbox One Edition".

However, the "Xbox One Edition" was discontinued, when they released the "Minecraft" (without the Xbox One Edition in the name) on the so-called "Bedrock Engine". This is regarded as a completely different game, and unlike the Xbox One Edition, you also
aren't able to import your Xbox 360 worlds directly to that game.

If you don't care about your Xbox 360 progress, simply bite the bullet and buy the Minecraft for the Xbox One and start over.

If you really need your Xbox 360 world, then it might get a bit complicated (and even expensive).

You can only import your world into the Xbox One Edition version. So unless you have a friend that already has the Xbox One Edition, you might have to try and find the game used in GameStop or the likes.

Try to find a digital code card for the Xbox One edition (unless the store already sent them back to Microsoft), or buy the game used on disc.

If you are able to run the game on your 360 for the last time, you can then upload your world to the Cloud, or try to find a friend with a 360 and use your storage device on their console to upload your world.

Then visit your Minecraft Xbox One Edition friend, or install the disc on your console, and import the world to the Xbox One Edition.

Finally, buy the "Minecraft" (or if you somehow managed to get the Xbox One Edition digitally, you get Minecraft for free) and then import your world into the latest "Minecraft".

The process would require you to have the older "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" game. If you have "Minecraft" without the "Xbox One Version", then you can't directly import your world.

After you uploaded your world on the Xbox 360, find a friend with the Xbox One Version game, and then sign in with your Xbox 360 account.

On the Xbox One Edition you will then have the option to import your Xbox 360 world.

After the Xbox 360 world was imported, play a bit in your world and save your game world. Give the console time to synchronize your gamestate to the cloud.

Now you can remove your Account from your friend's console and sign in on your own console.

Start Minecraft, and import your "Xbox One Edition" World into your "Minecraft".
