Cannot get a digital game to launch, I believe it's because of the Sonicwall we use.

The game crashes during launch every time. I have opened all the recommended ports and confirmed all the recommended settings in the router. Not sure where to go from here. I am using a Sonicwall TZ200. I have included a screenshot of my original support question for laughs. What a joke.

You will have to work with sonic support

It's never recommended to use firewalls or antivirus as it causes latency while gaming along with other issues

You may want to look at your firewall logs as it will help sonic help you with settings

I have a SonicWall as well and no matter what ports or all ports are open to the Xbox, I still get Strict type enabled. I just end up bypassing the firewall and plugging the xbox directly into the cable modem when I need updates. Anyone found a solution
for the SonicWall?
