Cannot find Teredo or install it

We understand that you are trying to locate the Teredo in your Network Adapters. We highly recommend you to read this Teredo-related support article. If you have already reviewed this article, you will require the assistance of your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

On the solution 7 this part tells about VPN Network adapter to be installed and that you will need to check the VPN clients.

Some VPN clients will disable Teredo connectivity while the VPN client is connected, and some VPN clients that install a network adapter that will disable Teredo until the VPN adapter is removed. If you’ve installed a VPN client and Teredo is still disabled even while the VPN client is disconnected, check to see if you have a network adapter named TAP-Windows Adapter V9 installed:

1. Press the Search button on the taskbar, type device, and then select Device Manager.
   
2. Select View > Show Hidden Devices.
   
3. Select Network Adapters.
   
4. Identify any adapters that have a name like TAP-Windows Adapter V9. Right-click the adapter name and then select Uninstall.
   
   • Note While uninstalling the VPN network adapter should unblock Teredo connectivity, this will also likely cause issues with the VPN client software. If you still require VPN functionality along with Teredo support, refer to the support documentation for the VPN client.
     
5. Restart your PC.

If this is any help I've been told to look in device manager for Microsoft teredo tunneling services or something like that and its not in the device manager. So I followed the steps for installing it. I went to Action - Add legacy program - Install hardware
- Network Adapters. But when I get to this point and looked through Microsoft manufacturer I cannot find the Microsoft teredo adapter. If there is another way of installing it please let me know. Also let me know if this would solve my problem.

In the third screenshot, you were able to find and install the Teredo device?

Thanks for replying and updating us. Sorry to hear about the situation continuing. I'm sure its really frustrating for you. Based on your statement that there are other consoles in the residence that are using the same connection, its possible that your
network hardware may not allow for multiple consoles, other than the initial two, to have access to the network securely, hence the Teredo message in your network status. Our Ambassador has very eloquently explained the importance of the Teredo tunneling as
well. Also, since the multiplayer test indicated that your network was not set up, that means that its not even recognizing that your device is on a network ( I'm assuming you're attempting this via WiFi as well since a hardwired connection may not give this
message.). This is especially telling since you've already attempted to port forward.

At this juncture, I would recommend that you contact your ISP directly and enquire about what the best set up may be for the use of multiple consoles in one household as they would be further able to delve into the network hardware settings to best get you
set up.
